About Cleo

Cleo Hall’s journey is a story of perseverance, faith, and determination. After returning home to Fort Myers and rebuilding his life from the ground up, he committed himself to learning the construction industry through hands-on experience, discipline, and hard work. What began as an opportunity to work quickly became a passion for building and project development.

Over the years, Cleo earned the trust and respect of those around him through consistency, leadership, and a strong work ethic. His experience in the field positioned him to become a General Contractor, where he now helps bring residential construction projects to life with integrity and purpose.

Today, through HFI Builders, Cleo’s mission is bigger than construction. His story reflects the power of second chances, personal growth, and creating opportunities that strengthen families and communities throughout Southwest Florida.
